Job Roles and Description:
Biomedical Sales and Service Coordinator – Medical Devices
We are currently seeking a Biomedical Sales and Service Coordinator who will be based out of Bangalore.
We’re looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in sales within the medical devices or pharmaceutical market to join our team.
You will have at least 1 - 3 years’ experience with an existing network of hospitals, clinics, or nursing homes in the larger Bangalore region.
Please note only applicants with prior experience in the medical devices/pharmaceutical industry will be considered.
Fluency in English and Kannada will be an added benefit. A Two-wheeler license will be an added benefit.
You will be responsible for:
Executing the overall sales strategy at the ground level
Facilitating and if necessary, providing installation/service of medical equipment sold.
Achieving key sales metrics as per the sales and business strategy
Liaising with the marketing team for lead generation, promotions, and sales campaigns
Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
Maintaining strong customer satisfaction while managing existing accounts
Liaising with the vendor to ensure the product is installed and serviced.
Collating client requirements and mapping out a potential annual or semi-annual sales forecast
Liaising with Vendor Coordinators and other departments to get information regarding product pricing, services, delivery, etc.

Junior Sales and Service Coordinator – Medical Devices and Consumables
We are currently seeking Junior Sales and Services Executives who will be based out of Bangalore.
We’re looking for an ambitious professional with a background in the sciences, medical, or pharmaceutical field.
This role is meant for freshers or candidates with less than 1-year of experience.
Fluency in English and Kannada will be an added benefit. A Two-wheeler license will be an added benefit.
You will be responsible for:
First response team to contact leads and receive calls.
Liaising with your assigned Biomedical Sales and Service coordinator with leads and deals
Achieving key sales metrics as per the sales and business strategy
Assist Biomedical sales and service coordinator with order finalization, installation, service, and delivery of medical products
Maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Assisting the vendor to ensure the product is installed and serviced.
Liaising with Vendor Coordinators and other departments to add/edit/remove products on the platform.
